Disaster Protection Basic
Only £50 per quarter

Disaster Protection Advanced
Only £120 per quarter

Disaster Protection Advanced contains all the advantages of the Disaster Protection Basic but offers a £120 discount for more frequent onsite inspections. Monthly checkups greatly reduce the amount of data which could be irretrievably lost, and provide peace of mind to your business.

Basic IT Support Contract
Only £120.00 per Annum
(£30 discount pa + FITSystems Reduced Rate + phone support)
Small businesses don´t start-up with built-in IT support, and it´s hard to know how much support your growing business needs. That´s why FITSystems offers this Basic Business IT Support Contract, for companies who want a gentle introduction into the world of IT support.
- 3 hours of onsite or offsite IT support per year. These can be used however you like, as quick visits, updating your website content, researching products, individually or all at once to solve a more serious problem.
- 1 hour of telephone IT support. For when your computer does then unexpected, asks a question you don´t understand, or you just want to check something with a FITSystems IT expert.
- Subsequent hours charged at the reduced rate of £50 per hour for FITSystems customers.
- Work charged in 15 minute units.
Bronze IT Support Contract
Only £140.00 per Quarter
(£40 discount pa + FITSystems Reduced Rate + phone support)
Bronze level IT support is suitable for businesses with only a small number of computers. FITSystems will ensure that each computer is expertly maintained, and your business can keep working without any costly avoidable downtime and interruptions.

Silver IT Support Contract
Only £130 per Month (billed quarterly)

Silver level IT support is for established small and medium businesses with a need to work smoothly and efficiently every month. Slow and unreliable computers create a false economy, where it´s more expensive to pay staff to wait around than it is to have the computers fixed. A Free Systems Audit will analyse current and potential problems, so you can stay one step ahead and plan for the future. System Audits also backup your CD Keys and Serial Numbers from each machine, meaning you don´t need to repurchase expensive software if you loose your information.

Gold IT Support Contract
Only £210 per Month (billed quarterly)

Gold level IT support is suitable for all medium sized businesses. As the number of staff and computers grow, so does the complexity, the problems and the cost of any downtime or data loss. If your system goes down and all your staff stop working, you´re loosing money by the second.
Every month FITSystems will be working hard to protect your office machinery and prevent downtime. When the worst happens having FITSystems on hand, already familiar with your systems and ready to go saves time and saves money.
FITSystems knows that for larger companies with gold level support, things might go wrong less often, but when they do it takes more time to fix. That´s why for gold customers, FITSystems allows your monthly hours to rollover quarterly, saving you money.

If you require IT support and would like contract based cover, but don´t yet have a contract with FITSystems, we will be more than happy to forward the worked hours on to which ever contract you decide upon. Thus you will be able to take advantage of our reduced rates for FITSystems customers.

Note: Onsite hours include travel time to and from site. If travel time concerns your business please ask FITSystems about its range of remote access solutions which can completely remove travel time for the majority of IT problems.
